About the role

What you'll bring

Essential:

  • Electrical/Engineering qualification (preferred) + Trade qualification
  • Proven track record delivering renewable/infrastructure projects (solar, BESS, HV/LV)
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent client/stakeholder communication and relationship management
  • Advanced WHS leadership and compliance knowledge
  • Proficiency with project systems, programming, and cost control

Desirable:

  • Management/business qualifications
  • 7-12+ years relevant experience
  • Contract management experience (GC21/AS4000)
  • Advanced planning and commercial negotiation skills
  • Training in OH&S disciples and understanding of relevant Standards and Codes of Practice.
